| Below is a selection of
work from the children at St. Simon's. Some of the work below
has been developed using the technological resources available
with our school. Technology such as computers (Apple & PC),
video cameras, digital cameras and data projectors allow children
to further enhance their learning and become active particpants
in the learning process. |

Websites - Some children chose to develop a website
about their camp experience. They used an Apple computer and developed

iPod People - Grade 6 Yellow have been exploring the features of a software program called Photoshop. This is a powerful program that allows the user to manipulate photos in a variety of different ways. For this activity the children were shown Apple iPod posters and discussed the colours and features of these posters. The children then created posters using their own silhouettes, incorporated eye catching backgrounds and of course iPods. |
